QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Whitening results can vary based on individual habits, including oral care, diet, and lifestyle. With the right maintenance, your brighter smile can last anywhere from several months to a full year.
A professional-grade hydrogen peroxide gel is carefully applied to the teeth, followed by a cool blue LED light to activate whitening. Each treatment lasts 20 minutes, with most clients receiving 1 to 3 rounds in a single session. For a visibly brighter, radiant smile, our signature 2 x 20-minute treatment delivers stunning results.
Let me know if you want to match the tone more closely to your spray tan branding too.
If you have gingivitis or any periodontal disease you should consult with your dentist prior to whitening.
Teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure, not an invasive dental procedure.
All teeth are different due to body chemistry, genetics, dental health, and mineral imbalances. Tetracycline stains cannot be removed and dark grey shaded teeth will only brighten vs. whiten regardless of what kind of whitening treatment you try. Overall, 99% of our clients experience success.
Prior to the treatment, it's important to brush and floss your teeth thoroughly. This helps remove any plaque or debris that may interfere with the whitening process.
No prep is needed for this treatment. Feel free to bring some head phones to relax with your music or listen to an audio book while having your teeth whitening done.
If you're tanning and whitening your teeth during the same appointment, we would do the teeth whitening treatment first followed immediatly with your spray tan appointment.
You may notice temporary white spots on certain teeth within the first 24 hours after whitening—this is often due to natural calcium deposits or porous areas in the enamel and usually fades on its own. Similarly, if your gums have any minor scrapes or sensitivities, you might see pale spots or feel slight discomfort during your session. Both effects are normal and typically resolve within 24 hours.
Please remove any piercings in your mouth before your appointment
Make sure there are no open sores or cuts in your mouth, as they may cause discomfort during the treatment.
A small number of clients may experience sensitivity during or shortly after their treatment. In most cases, it subsides within 30 minutes. If any discomfort lingers, using a sensitivity toothpaste can help ease it quickly.
