cancelation policy
Bronzefx is a mobile service company, travelling all over the GTA and surrounding areas. A deposit is required for booking but will not be charged unless your appointment is cancelled within 12 hrs. Payment will be via credit, debit or e-transfer. A fee of $25 will be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled time. You will be charged 100% of appointment cost if the appointment is cancelled within 6 hours of your scheduled time, a no show or if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, as this will be considered a missed appointment.
